POLICIES AND CARE

RETURN POLICY 

Most items ship within 1-2 days (this excludes custom requests). You will receive an email confirmation of shipment and be notified of any unexpected delays.

Returns must be received back to Triian within 7 days of receipt by customer for store/shop credit only.  All return shipping costs are to be paid by customer and work should be fully insured by customer as Triian is not responsible for uninsured, lost or stolen merchandise. 

Any and all returns are based upon verbal or written approval from Triian and at Triian's discretion. 

Custom orders and one of a kind pieces are not eligible for return or credit.

COPYRIGHT

All Triian's designs are one of a kind and we respectfully ask that you request our permission before copying or using any of our jewelry designs.   As long as images/photographs are properly credited "courtesy of Triian" please feel free to use for blog posts or editorial use. 

CARE 

Wash gently with warm water, hand soap or mild dish soap.  Dry well.

For safe keeping store your "Modern Era Gems" out of direct sunlight in a plastic bag or jewelry pouch.
